- Free Graywater Webinar this Saturday, June 20th:
Many people associate graywater reuse with simple laundry-to-landscape systems, but that’s just the beginning. Taught by Cactus Rain LLC, this webinar explores the next level of graywater design, moving beyond basic setups to more advanced, flexible, and scalable solutions for homes and buildings. We’ll cover how to capture and reuse water from showers, bathroom sinks, and other sources; compare system types (gravity-fed, pumped, and treatment-based); and discuss key considerations like local regulations and maintenance. Attendees will also learn how thoughtful graywater design can support water conservation goals and enhance landscape resilience. Whether you’re a homeowner, designer, builder, or sustainability professional, this session will expand your understanding of what’s possible with graywater—and how to implement systems that go beyond the basics. The webinar will take place Saturday, June 20, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. If you cannot attend the webinar in person, all registrants will receive a link to the recorded webinar. This training is offered by the Bernalillo County Water Conservation Program in partnership with the Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District and Cactus Rain LLC.
